Jacob Pruden Criminal Law Queensland

Jacob has been practising traffic and criminal law for over six years. He has extensive experience in all the regular driving cases the firm takes on, including work licence applications, licence reinstatements, drink and drug driving cases, evading police and dangerous driving. He personally represents clients in court most days of the working week. Jacob has represented clients in the District Court, including successfully appealing a licence disqualification imposed by a magistrate.

Jacob always seeks the best results for the firm’s clients, whether negotiating charges, contesting matters in a trial, or arguing well prepared pleas.

In addition to Queensland, Jacob has worked interstate. He was a barrister in Victoria for several years, where he prosecuted and defended criminal, domestic violence and child protection cases in all courts. He has also worked in Broome as a criminal defence advocate for the Aboriginal Legal Service of Western Australia.
